Designed first for the Nigerian market, Auqli sets itself apart by integrating real-time bidding, live shopping events, community discussions, and direct messaging—all in one app. The goal was to recreate the energy of in-person shopping and social buying within a digital experience, especially in a market where trust, engagement, and entertainment drive purchase decisions.

The Auqli app was crafted with a sleek dark theme to reflect a modern, immersive shopping experience, especially appealing to a youthful and trend-conscious audience. A bold green accent color was introduced to highlight calls-to-action like “Bid,” “Buy Now,” and “Join Live,” making them pop vividly against the darker background and enhancing usability in low-light environments. This color choice also symbolized trust, growth, and financial activity—key emotional drivers in e-commerce. The interface balanced visual clarity with elegance, using rounded cards, soft shadows, and intuitive icons to guide users through features like live streams, community feeds, and chats without overwhelming them. The result was a bold yet user-friendly app that felt premium and inviting.
