Then I created the wireframes to simplify search and filtering, ensure clear service categories, and enable seamless communication between artisans and customers. I made sure the solution emphasized intuitive navigation, verified artisan profiles, and a smooth booking flow to make it easy for users (to find artisans they can trust) and artisans (to expand their customer base).
