Many of Shoptreo’s users are informal fashion retailers with limited digital skills, relying mainly on basic mobile interactions. The challenge was to design an intuitive, inclusive product that minimized confusion, reduced learning curves, and encouraged daily use.

I simplified navigation with familiar UI patterns and clear visual cues. Larger touch targets and stronger hierarchies made onboarding and browsing easier, helping merchants access retail credit independently. The redesign improved accessibility, increased feature adoption, and reduced drop-offs.
